I found this recipe from Delish for an apple cider mojito, but made a few small modifications which made a big difference! I made these mojitos the way the original recipe called for and then with some modifications. Both are great, but I have to say the small modifications made it taste so much better!

I don’t cook very often (and I also don’t drink very often) so this post is different than my usual content, but it was too good not to share! Generally I try not to drink my calories, but this refreshing fall cocktail made me break my own rules.

The combination of lemon, mint and apples doesn’t sound the most appealing, but somehow it works in this beverage. I was skeptical of these flavors being combined but was pleasantly surprised. What I also like is that there are chopped apples in this drink so it can also be a little snack!
