My Most Popular Blog Posts in 2020
Blogging continues to be a fun creative outlet for me and I feel like more than ever in 2020 my blog has been able to help people. My hope is that my blog is a space for others to find inspiration, good deals and learn how to do new things. In terms of metrics and analytics for this blog, they have skyrocketed compared to 2019. My blog has started ranking more on Google Search which is a huge achievement for me.
In 2020, I started to focus more on DIY content which has been a lot of fun, even though this content is more time consuming to create. DIY has always been a passion of mine as my mom is an avid crafter. I grew up always doing little crafty projects.
In 2021, I plan to continue sharing DIY content and fashion and beauty finds. Hopefully I can also begin publishing wedding planning content again as well!

This was by far my most popular blog post this year. This was published at the end of February just before the shut downs. It received a lot of traffic because people were #boredinthehouse and tie dye was one of the biggest trends of the year.
Where to Get These Popular Winter Boots For Less
I’ve been obsessed with this style of boot for the last couple of years and it looks like I am not alone! In this post I list options on where to get boots that are similar for the Marc Fisher Izzie boots (that retail for $250), for less than $100. I was so happy to find multiple styles that were even under $40.
How to Lighten A Denim Jacket With Bleach
The funny thing about this post was that it was really just the first step to another post about sewing pearls on a jacket. However, I thought it could be a blog post on its own so I separated them. Bleaching this denim jacket made it look so much less dated than before.
DIY Pearl Hoop Earrings
This simple jewelry tutorial requires few supplies and is very inexpensive. I love wearing my pearl hoops. They also make great gifts, my sister-in-law specifically requested a pair from me for Christmas!
What To Wear For Winter Engagement Photos
This post is for my newly engaged ladies! I highly recommend picking out a long, beautiful dress for winter engagement photos. I was happy with how our woodsy engagement pictures turned out!
Tips on Working From Home Without an Office or Desk
As soon as I started working from home I had some helpful tips to share. In our small townhome, I had to create a makeshift workspace in my living room. My setup has not changed since I wrote this post, but it works for me!
