If you follow a lot influencers, like I do, you are probably very familiar with FabFitFun. Over a year ago, after seeing probably over 100 Instagram posts, I finally became a FabFitFun subscriber. In this post I want to bring to light by honest, unsponsored review of the FabFitFun summer box.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One Year of FabFitFun\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The first box I received was the spring box in 2018. I was so excited about everything in it! I love receiving these boxes because they are a quarterly gift to myself. Usually they are packed full of things I wouldn\u2019t usually buy. The boxes also introduce to me to new brands. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Overall my experience has been really positive with FabFitFun. They allow you to customize what you want in your box each month which is something I really look forward to. However, once I did not receive two of the items I had selected during customization and it really bothered me. This annoyed to the point that I was thinking about unsubscribing, but I talked to a customer service representative and they sent me the items I was missing right away – free charge. I really appreciated that, so I can definitely say that FabFitFun has great customer service. This encounter made me so happy that I subscribed for another year!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Summer Box 2019\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Without further ado, below are my thoughts on each item I received in the FabFitFun summer box. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spiritual Gangster Maya Kimono\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This kimono<\/a> is the most expensive item I received in my box, it’s retailed at $60. However, I am very skeptical of this. I feel that the quality of this kimono is not very good. The stitching is sloppy and there is a hole in both pockets of mine! Regardless of the quality I still do think this is cute and I\u2019m still going to wear it, no one will notice that there are holes in the pockets but me. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since the kimono has a busy pattern I\u2019m pairing it with a white v-neck, jeans and heels to dress it up a little bit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

XO, Sienna Black Felt Letter Board<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

These letter boards<\/a> have been popular for a while. I have wanted one but not badly enough to go out and get one, so I am so happy this was in my box. I used to write movie quotes every week on my white board at college, I\u2019m thinking about doing that again with this felt board<\/a>. The only struggle is keeping my cat from pulling the letters off!\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jennifer Zeuner Star Double Necklace<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Anytime there is jewelry in my box I am happy. I like this necklace<\/a> because it is so simple and can be paired with a lot of different things. Also the stars are so appropriate to wear for the 4th of July which is right around the corner.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Living Proof No Frizz Nourishing Styling Cream\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

My hair can get frizzy in the summer so I wanted to try out this styling cream<\/a>. The directions are to apply to wet hair and style normally, but I applied it to my dry hair the other morning and it didn\u2019t make it look greasy. I have a lot of flyaways on the top of my head and I used this styling cream<\/a> to pat them down, and I think it worked! Also I really like the smell of this product. I doubt this is something I would ever want to purchase again but I am definitely happy with it for the time being.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coola Organic SPF 30 Makeup Setting Sunscreen Spray\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

It was great to see another Coola product in my box! I recently reviewed their face moisturizer with SPF on another blog post<\/a>. I have been wearing the moisturizer under my makeup everyday but this week I tried this setting spray<\/a> and I really like it! It\u2019s so easy to apply but I will say it does make my face feel a little too dry.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Grace & Stella Rose Facial Spray\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A few spritz of this spay<\/a> easily moisturizes your face! Since the Coola spray<\/a> made my face feel dry I have been counteracting it by applying this rose facial spray<\/a> daily as well. The scent of this is also very pleasant!\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Invisibobble Original Duo Pack\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I have a few of these<\/a> already and I love them! The don\u2019t leave dents in your hair so it is great to have a few more since they are easy to lose.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Generation Clay Ultra Violet Brightening Purple Mask\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I love a good face mask they are perfect when you are wanting to do a little self care. I tried out this mask<\/a> and right away it started burning my face. It was burning so much that my eyes were watering! I wasn\u2019t sure if this was normal or if I was having a reaction to it. I waited a minute or so and the burning went away so I assumed it was normal. After I washed it off my skin felt really great! However, I\u2019m not looking forward to using this again because of how badly it burned at first.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whish Exfoliating Foot Mask\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

My feet get really dry in the summer because of all the sandals I wear so a foot mask<\/a> is just what I need! I\u2019ve slept with this on my feet and apply the excess product to my knees because they get dry too. This product<\/a> was a great addition to the summer box!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Overall Opinion of the FabFitFun Summer Box\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

While the kimono is not my favorite, I still really enjoyed this box. The skincare products are fantastic. They are things I wouldn\u2019t usually buy so they are such a nice treat!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
