Holiday Outfits That Sparkle and Shine

I’m obsessed with all the shiny details for a holiday outfit this season. I’m loving anything metallic or covered with sequins. Pair that with sparkly statement earrings and you’re good to go! In this blog post I’m giving all the details on my favorite holiday outfit as well as other items for inspiration.

Holiday Outfit for an Office Party

One of the biggest struggles of shopping for an office Christmas party is finding something that is cute, but appropriate. I found so many gorgeous, shimmery dresses but they were all too short. The outfit I decided to wear was completely covering and still full of holiday cheer.

Affordable holiday outfit to wear to an office party

The skirt is my favorite part of this holiday outfit! It’s an Amazon find, but it’s great quality for the price; it’s $29.99. It also comes in 13 different colors.

With such a bright and shiny skirt, I wanted the top to be simple. This black turtleneck from LOFT was perfect (now only available in red and white), I’ll also be able to wear it again. Here is another similar shirt option from LOFT. The shoes I got at Target last year. They no longer sell the block heels in gold but there is a gold stiletto, both are under $30.

I also took this clutch with me to a fall wedding earlier this year, see it featured in this blog post.

Starburst earrings. Festive holiday earrings.

To really top off this festive outfit, I added these starburst earrings. They aren’t too heavy and are oh so cute! They’re only $13.99 on Amazon.

Sparkly Holiday Dresses

I’m a little obsessed with sparkly holiday dresses right now. I couldn’t find one that I thought I could pull off for my office party, but I came a across a lot in my search. Below I have highlighted a few of my favorites as well as more affordable options.

Once I realized all the sequin dresses I was loving were too short, I decided that wearing a skirt was the route to go. Below are more holiday skirt options, all under $30!

Jumpsuits and Pants

Really mix it up this season by wearing a jumpsuit, romper or statement pants. I’m loving the look of sequin pants paired with an oversized sweater. Her are a few options:

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! I hope you are looking and feeling like your very best.
